help persian lime tree repot problem

I just repoted my persian lime tree two days ago I had to remove all the soil in the roots because it looked like someone dumped clorox on it thats how it smelled or it may be due to over fertilizing and it was yellowing before transplanting I removed all soil from roots so it was left roots only I think the tree is suffering does anyone know if its going to survive this I applied some root started to help it with the shock if anyone can help also I had just watwred the tree is not overwatered

The tree is shocked, the leaves may not be saveable. If you've planted it properly (meaning took care of the roots to get in contact with the potting medium and have watered well) the tree most probably will recover and leaf out. Keep it out of the sun.
