Citrus yellowing leafs and black fruit.

Our Ujukitsu, lemon, and lime have developed all yellow leaves, have only slightly grown and the lemons are only very small before they turn black. A little back ground:

We've had them for 2 years, so probably 3-4 years old. The first year we keep them in 25 gallon pots outside, in full sun and soil mixture designed for potted trees.

This spring we moved them to the ground. The soil is pretty dense with clay, but we tried to mix in as much of the potting soil in with it as possible. We also planted them so that they are elevated.

If it had rained, we water them once a week, twice if it hadn't. We used the "wooden spoon test" to see if they were sitting in water and they weren't.

We've only ever used Neem oil on them for a pest replant and organic fertilizer, following the manufacturer's instructions for both.

We read that the discoloration might be because a mineral deficiency, so we supplemented the soil with a "Mineral Plus" mixture of Calcium, Iron and Magnesium. We did this a week and ago and seems to have made no difference, so that's why I've turned here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
