I am in California but did a quick internet search and it looks like buchanans native plants has Persian limes in stock as of Tuesday. At least that's what their website says. It doesn't say if it is a dwarf tree but if you pot it, that will keep it smaller anyways. I'll attach their web link, then you can call them directly before driving over there.
