I Need Help for Yound Meyer Lemon ?

Hi, I got this 70 cm / 27.5" meyer lemon and i do not know if it is improved or not. Due to Cold temp. it is still inside.
Well here are some questions :) I shall be thankful for replies.
When and how to prune this plant? I want it to be with around 30 to 40 cm height and at the same time I want to make its branches stronger and fruity. I put numbers on each branch so you can help me to prune /cut those branches little bit or completly. There are bunch of branches also on the bottom what to do with them ? I searched a lot on internet but i want experts to see my plant first and advise me :)
There are some fruits on it around 6 baby lemons. I heard little lemon tree should not hold so many lemons in order to keep lemons health good and steady. So, in my lemon tree case which baby lemons should i remove ?
There is one blue arrow also, which represents the burning area of one leaf. I think it was lack of water or lack of nutritions. But i pot up this lemon with more citrus soil a week ago.
Why leaves are small on the lower area and why bigger from mid to top area ?
I have many questions, I hope i will get all answers.There is a lot to ask but may be with new subject :)

At some point, your tree got much more needed sunlight than now which explains the smaller leaves verses the bigger ones towards the top.
Small and compact growth = lots of sunlight
Bigger leaves and elongated = lack of sunlight

There is nothing wrong with trimming your tree now. Usually may of us have a vision of what they want their tree to look like and cut accordingly..It's a matter of personal preferrence.

Where each cut is made, it should be just above a leaf joint and in a way that you will direct new growth.
For instance, if you want a branch to grow to the left, you would cut to the node of the leaf facing right...

Some like their trees as tall as they can grow so will just cut below the top tips.

Others like them short and bushy, cutting almost down to the soil level or graft line..

Whether you leave fruit on or not depends on how much sunlight and fertilizer you give it.

If you pan on feeding heavily, you tree will support the fruit and still grow well.
If you grow it outside even better.
If you plan on leaving it outside, if the growth is already poor, or if you are not consistent with fertilizng, then I would take all the fruit off..

Bundle of thanks. It helped me a lot. Can i trim or prune now ? some experts say the tree should not look like umberella because it is not good for point on stem where all branches are connected. That why i m wondering i should cut either branch no 1 or branch no 2. If it is not need then i will leave it as it is. What should be the fertilizer ratio NPK since i am living in Sweden ? I have not seen anyone here having Mehyer lemon, but i guess citrus plants family behave equally depending on area.

Sure you can cut now. If it were tree, my preference, I would cut the taller ones even with the shorter ones and have a well rounded short bushy tree.

What kind of fertilizer do you have access to?

They are liquids with 3-3-3, 3-2-5 , 7-2-5, 8-2-6 and probably similar. But what is your opinion considering North European climate, and what should be the ratio ? Should it be organic. Any idea about burnt leaves what can be the reasons ? Thaaanks a lot. :)
