White spots on my seedlings!

Uh oh...just went back to look at my seedlings (which were direct-sown in my raised bed) and there are white spots on the edges and faces of the leaves. Are these guys doomed? Is there anything I do to save them or will this pass?
Sorry - my first time with seedlings and I am a nervous nelly.
