Meyers Lemon fruit stopped growing

I have a small but happy Meyers Lemon tree that I've had for about 5 years. It bloomed in February and has 4 fruits on it from that and also has quite a few new blossoms on it. The 4 lemons have not grown in size for about 5 or 6 weeks. They seem 'stuck'. The largest is about the size of a small lime. Is there anything I can do to get these suckers to grow? Would pinching of some of the other blossoms help? I've been fertilizing it and it seems happy. Any advice?
