Care of citrus trees. Leaf Curl?

jamesr219

Hello,

We have 3 citrus trees in our year which we had panted last year. They sit about 6' high now. It's a lemon, tangerine and an orange.

I really want to learn to take care of these. Today I just applied some citrus fertilizer and also noticed that there is some leaf curl on them. I'm thinking it is a bit late in season, but I have not done anything to these since they were planted.

My immediate concern is the leaves and how they look. See the attached pictures. Seems to be some type of leaf curl? Some Bug?

We would like to be able to consume the fruit from these trees when they mature.

So, any good references on how to care for these, when to do what? What time of year to do what, etc? What should I do about the leaves right now?

thanks,

-jr
