Flooring Stain

I have my citrus in the kitchen, on a table in front of a south-facing window for the winter. I've sprayed them with neem oil, but other than that I've only watered them. Directly under where the trees sit I've noticed a magenta-colored stain in our flooring that appears to have permeated the vinyl.
Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have any ideas on what to do?

My bottle of neem says not to let it get into contact with surfaces that could be damaged. Looks like linoleum is one. If it doesn't wipe off or scrub off seems like its probably there to stay. I always try to be really careful when I spray any kind of oil. When I bring my trees in, I put large trays under them to protect my flooring.
