Yay! My budwood is here and I am ready to start t-grafting.
Yikes! How do I preserve the budwood to keep it fresh so I can do this over a few weeks?
Well I cranked up the office fridge to 39 deg and put them in there, in plastic bags. Will moisten as needed. Now back to the off-season grafting...
That's what I would have done, but I don't think you need it that cold. I put my stone fruit sion wood in plastic bags and put them in the crisper drawer, it is a little more humid than the rest of the fridge. Good luck!
