My mandarin tree is looking really sick lately. I recently potted it up slightly while also moving it outdoors for the summer. The leaves are starting to look less dark, turning a bit yellow. None have fallen off. They are also starting to curl like a taco, long-wise, with the sides curling up toward the center.

Is it overwatering? It rained a lot and I don't think the soil it's in (moisture control potting soil) is allowing it to dry out very well. I'd repot it in something more gritty, but it seems too soon and I don't want to upset it even more.
