You would also be surprised at how much light your trees get despite being cloudy..A heck of a lot more than if indoors in the most sunniest window you have..

Sit back and relax and actually watch your trees respond in a good way to all the natural rain this planet has to offer...You would be surprised at how green they become and how fast they grow...

What I would do is fertilize more often, that can be a concern, to make up for all the fertilizer being leached out of the porous mix with that much water...Citrus are heavy feeders.

What Mike said. Rain falling during a thunderstorm is loaded with Nitrogen. Plus, the washing off of the leaves is also a good thing, and the Nitrogen in the rain is also absorbed through the leaves as well.
