What to buy next?

I currently have a Meyer Lemon and a key Lime In a container with the 511 mix and found that the Meyer is very sensitive to my climate in Minnesota. I purchased from Four Winds and looking to get 2 more soon. Trying to decide between the Oro Blanco Grapefruit Calamondin or Owari Satsuma Mandarin. Between these three witch would be the best to grow in containers to produce tasty citrus In your option. Thanks to everyone here and their great info on citrus plants.

I would say the satsuma for your area, an oro blanco probably won't sweeten up because it doesn't get hot enough in Minnesota. I've never tried a calomondin so I can't give an opinion on it. Sataumas are also more cold hardy which would be good for your climate zone. Just my 2 cents.

Evan thanks for the reply. Yes looks like Satsuma is a good choice. People seem to have good luck with it also. Yea cold hardy is important for Minnesota! :) Chad
