Retaining new fruits

Well, because of the valuable info I have picked up here, I am happy to report that my meyer lemon tree got thru the winter doing quite well.
I started using foilage pro mixed with water from my de-humidifier. It has had very good results. The tree is about 4.5 feet tall and full of foilage.
It bloomed almost all winter long indoors. It had so many flowers on it
that it made the area smell wonderful.
I was concerned that it was finished blooming when it was time to move
it outdoors. Luckily, it bloomed some more and began to fruit. Currently,
it has at least 50 grape sized green lemons on it. Now my concern is to
retain the baby lemons.
Can anyone give me some advice to properly keep the fruit intact and fully mature?
