Help me save my Meyer

adelae

Hi! I have a Meyer lemon that I bought several months ago and has been doing very well since, it has put out a lot of new growth a blossoms and has set about 10 lemons since bringing it home in April. I have it in my sunroom where it gets lots of sunlight from a S/SE exposure. I repotted the tree about a month ago in a free draining mix, waited a few weeks, and then fertilized with Jobe's Organic Citrus fertilizer. Now the leaves are beginning to get yellow mottling and falling off at the rate of three to five a day! Should I not have fertilized? Any suggestions as to what I can do? Thank you in advance!
