Suzi, are you referring to the fruit on your Calamondin? If your tree is young, fruit drop is normal. Again, hard to say without seeing your tree in photos, but I suspect this is just a young tree shedding fruit in response to an attempt to develop a decent leaf canopy, which will support future fruit.
