 o
question re rooting a cutting

I cut a sucker off a Kaffir lime that was about 2 ft tall (the sucker that is). I cut off the top 8'' to root (having delved through the very helpful messages here on the matter): I am wondering, is there any chance of success with the bottom piece (cut in suitable sized pieces)?

If it's the same type of wood as the top, it will have just as good of a chance to root. Nothing to lose trying since you would just throw it out anyway if someone said there was no chance.

I agree with nancy, it should root as well as the other cutting.
