I have a blood orange tree I purchased from Lowes. It's planted in the ground of my central Florida backyard. I've had it for over a year now but it does not grow vertically. It still has skinny branches but it flowers and fruits often. I'd say about four times since it was purchased. Any ideas on how to encourage growth? I'm a very amateur gardener. Like I previously mentioned I live in central Florida where it rains often and the weather is currently around 90 degrees F
