Just let it go, Suzy. As leaves age, they will naturally drop off. Usually, new leaves will eventually push out of that node. Or, new flush will appear at the apical ends of the branches (tips). Perfectly normal citrus behavior. And, with changes to light. All normal.

Patty that's not exactly what I was saying. When the tree was inside the leaf was dying and now the tree is outside and it has stopped so should I cut the leaf off?
