I have just found some tiny tan bugs, primarily on new growth, on my dwarf Satsuma. They are mostly on the upper surface of the leaves. The new growrh is curled. They don't seem to move and don't fly. There are also a few slightly larger green bugs that do move. They don't appear to eat the tan ones. Perhaps they are the parents and the small things are eggs? Also no ants seen as with an aphid infestation. Would appreciate any thoughts.
