Ugh hasn't this rain been so annoying? I'm getting so tired of it! I don't have any fruit forming on my trees right now so I don't know if that would affect it or not. I'm sure someone will be able to help you, I just felt the need to vent about all this rain! Lol

Looks like sooty mold. Have you tried washing it off? In your conditions I would probably apply a copper-oil spray, as a preventative measure.

It's not really washable, it's more like small bumps or pits in the fruit. I'll try to post a few more and see if these are better...

You'll notice the leaves are wet... again...

Maybe Black pit disease? Because of the excess rain, the damage was probably caused initially by a fungus or bacteria; and the damage seen is the result. I don't know any treatment; and I would take off those fruits. A good horticultural oil with copper would probably prevent future damage.

Doesn't look like that to me.
Perhaps physical scarring?
