You don't have to pollinate unless there are no pollinator and even then you might not have to.

I have yet to see a citrus tree with out some leaf problem somewhere on the tree.

Tree looks very nice and you should enjoy the sented flowers.

You do not need to hand-pollinate. You do not need a cross-pollinator. Nearly all citrus are parthenocarpic (have the ability to set fruit without pollination). I would encourage you to keep your tree outside as much as possible when the weather permits. Citrus are outdoor plants, and appreciate getting as much sun as possible. You may need to acclimate your tree to fun sun over a couple of weeks, to avoid shock or sunburn. I would recommend fertilizing with every feeding, and use a high quality liquid fertilizer with an NPK ratio as close to 5-1-3 as possible, along with a full complement of micronutrients. Most container citrus folks on this forum prefer to use Dyna Gro's Foliage Pro, along with a good quality time release fertilizer such as Osmocote Plus. Granular fertilizers that are designed for in-ground citrus can sometimes cause a build up of salts, and can burn roots and leaves. If leaves are cupped upward, it is a sign of water stress. I don't see that with your tree.

Here's my tree now. I counted over 160 flowers on it. I just put the fertilizer in with the top few inches of soil.
