Help my lemons are dying

saintsdan

Hi
Am new to the forum, have been doing Internet research trying to find out what is wrong with my lemons but to no avail. Am hoping someone here can help me.

I have a small lemon tree, a limonero, in a large pot. I have had it four years and have had good crops in the past. I refresh the compost with citrus compost once a year and I feed with citrus feed once a week.

I had loads of flowers this year and was really looking forward to a bumper crop. Lots of the lemons took and were really starting to grow, but one by one they are all shrivelling up and dying. They are going wrinkly and brown then go black and fall off. And the tree has stopped flowering whereas previously it has flowered all year round? The leaves however remain green and fine.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be or what I can do to save my lemons. I love my tree and am gutted that I am losing all my fruit.

Any help very gratefully received.

Cheers

Dan.
