I've always waited until fruit set to fertilize.

Thanks, two weeks passed, now on the tree there are many tiny fruits, 6-8 mm long, any suggestions on what types of fertilizers should use in order to have good fruits?

David, any good quality citrus fertilizer. There are several on the market. I have used Vigoro Citrus Fertilizer, and my favorite product is Gro Power Citrus & Avocado Food. It has a large amount of humus and humic acid in it, which really helps my DG soils. Fertilize 3 to 4 times a year. You don't mention where you live, but I've included a nice guideline for managing Citrus in California for you, which includes fertilizing.
