Sick lime tree

We have a 5 year old lime tree that continues to produce great fruit but has progressively been looking worse over the last few months. It is well drained in loamy soil but now has cracks appearing along most branches and dark patches with some whites specks in places.
Any advice on where to start to help this great tree would be appreciated.

Is it a Bearss lime? Could be wood pocket.
