Dilemma: where to plant. Ranking help please

I am in a dilemma. I need to plant anew and or move a few citrus by fall. I have several locations available and so want to choose the best one for each. I would appreciate your opinions on relative abilities / capabilities of the following cultivars. Rate them or describe - whatever is easiest.

OroBlanco, MeloGold, Cocktail, Satsuma (Owari and OkitsuWase), CaraCara, Caffin Mandarin, Clemenules, and Tahitian Pumelo.
1) shade tolerance 2) sun requirement, 3) heat tolerance and/or need (to ripen), and 4) cold (freeze) tolerance.

I have found that my Satsumas that get 1/2 day of sun appear to be doing far better than full sun/late day intense heat - have you found the same? My OroB's that are in 1/2 day of shade aren't too happy so thinking of moving at least one to a sunnier spot.

Satsumas, (and Gold Nugget mandarin and kumquats) are the most cold-tolerant. Oroblanco & Melogold grapefruit hybrids will benefit from increased heat/sun. Yes - Satsumas can do well with some afternoon shade. The rest I would consider "neutral". Try to provide spots that are sunny and protected from winds and certainly not in a cold spot in your yard.

What kind of winds are we talking about? Would a 10 to 15mph typical California on-shore flow be considered unhealthy for citrus? If so, I'd be curious as to the information and education?
