Do you have a local gardening group on facebook? If so, someone there might have what you want and would be willing to cut you off some budwood. You cal also order some through CCPP after going through the process assuming they can ship to where you live.

The only place legally that you can acquire clean budwood in the state of California (and other citrus producing states in the USA), would be from your local state's budwood program. Do NOT ask neighbors. This is how diseases are spread, and how we almost ended up with Citrus Greening in the state of California. And, in the state of California in quarantined areas, it is illegal. You can contact the CCPP and order clean budwood.
