I second that John. If this were my tree, I would soak that root ball in water(no fertilzer. When my trees are stressed like this, I have found the best thing to do is to stop feeding them, and keep them in shady spot in your yard. This should help your tree turn around. Once you notice that the leaves have stopped curling, you should be able to put your tree back in full sun.

Usually this is an indication of not receiving enough water, but, check your soil. It could be that your little tree is root-bound and needs more than just water or soaking to re-hydrate. It may need to be potted up into a larger pot. All the above suggestions are good ones, but I would also double check just to make sure your tree isn't root bound as well :-)
