Check out my new container citrus

I recently purchased these 2 citrus trees, a Meyer's lemon and Key lime from the clearance at WalMart.

They are both in 8" dia pots that are 7" tall.

The lemon measures 16"-22" tall and is about 22" wide. The lime is about 17" tall and 25" wide. I do not know how old they are.

I don't have any experience growing citrus, but I thought I would give it a try. I have been reading this forum to get help. I have a couple specific questions to ask.

I would like to train these into a tree shape rather than bush shape. Can I do that at this time of year and can I cut off all the extra stuff at one time?

I bought some Foliage Pro as advised here. How much should I use per gallon of water and how often should I use it?

Do my trees need to be in a bigger pot? When they go into another pot I will be using the gritty mix as advised here.

Some of the lime tree leaves have a rusty something on them. Is this a concern and what do I do about it?

I thank you for your time and help with my questions. I really want to be successful with these trees.

I should add that both trees have 2-3 fruits on them. And I should add that I live in zone 5b.

I'm sorry if the pictures don't show up, I wasn't sure how to add them here.
