Could i get some help??

Be patient, it takes time. My citrus trees sometimes go 4-5 months without any new growth flushes. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will grow.

Looks good to me, maybe a little under fertilized but you've started giving it Foliage Pro which is a great citrus fertilizer. It usually takes a couple weeks to notice an improvement after fertilizing. As Evan said, it can take some time between growth spurts, especially outside of the normal citrus locations. Mine usually take 2 weeks to over a month to grow after repotting.

You should remove the stake though. If the trunk is really flimsy you can loosely attach it with twist ties, strips of fabric or some other similar item which allows the trunk to move but not break. Having it closely taped to the stake is good for shipping but bad for growing. It's the movement of the tree that causes the trunk to strengthen. If it's immobilized the trunk will stay skinny and will eventually be unable to support the canopy.

Also another tip: The tray is a good idea to catch water but that sort of setup tends to encourage salt buildup. You end up being careful to limit how much water leaves the bottom of the pot. As a result all the dissolved solids in your water and fertilizer will accumulate in the soil. At least once a month I'd recommend giving it a good flushing by watering enough to allow water(and the dissolved salts) to flow out of the bottom of the pot. If you're in an apartment you can move it to the tub, or a deep sink to do this.

BTW, I'm not trying to criticize you, the tree looks great so far. I'm just trying to prevent you from making the same mistakes I've made over the years.

Thanks Dtunes i removed the stake from the tree. And no no all comments are gladly accepted i mean thats how we improve! anyways I've been doing that! every time i water i let it drain all the excess salts and what not then once it drips on the saucer i drain the saucer too.
