Meyers Lemon advice...

Hi, I live in Zone 6 and had purchased a Meyers Lemon tree in the spring. Its been doing pretty well but that's coming from an ameture . Now that the weather is getting cooler I've brought the tree inside just a couple of days ago. The temps have been dropping into the mid 40's at night. I have not changed the pot that I had purchased it in.
I'm wondering if I need to pot-it-up now and do a full repot in the spring or just repot in the spring only. It has quite a few lemons on it at varying stages. I don't want to mess with the root system if i dont have to for fear of losing all the fruit. And if i should pot up now should I use the 511 mixture?

I have been fertilizing with a general fertilizer but have read to use Dyna gro which I just ordered. And my last question, for now anyway, is the leaves are not shiny any longer. Is that from under watering, insufficient fertilizer perhaps or a combination of both?

Thank you in advance for your advice!
