Christy, what nursery did you find the Giant Key Lime at? I would love to grow the cultivar, but unless the grower is in California, I'm out of luck. I would have to order budwood from UC Riverside CCPP and graft up my own.

I know about your CA restrictions. Stinks. We talked a while back, I wanted to send you a Variegated Tiger Navel, but you said it was illegal to do so.
I guess noone around here has a Giant Key Lime. Noone has posted.
I got a greenhouse last year, which hs been great, but also dangerous at the same time. It has given me the excuse to buy a lot more citrus.
I had serious surgery last month, and decided I needed to reward myself with Not one, not two, not three, but FOUR new citrus from Four Winds! Lol! I did have a 20% coupon, so that was my excuse to get 4 instead of the orginal 2 planned! So not like I need anymore now, but I figure I might as well get them and enjoy while I'm alive! (I blame it on my new outlook on life after my health ordeal!) That's a good excuse, right? Lol!

Ah yes, I remember now. Yup, we cannot receive any citrus from out of state. But, glad you found this cultivar, it is very neat. Who is the grower? There are a couple of Florida growers who have been able to get certified by the state of Florida to ship outside the state, now, so that's a great thing for growers' businesses. And I say that was a fantastic present to yourself!
