I am new to this gardening thing and I recently purchased a dwarf Clementine tree. I read where it is necessary to remove suckers from the rootstock if shoots develop below the bud union. All of this is language I do not know I don't know where the bud union is on my tree but I kind of have an idea. It looks like there are shoots developing but I'm not sure if they are in a place that they need to be removed. If you could please look at the picture I have attached and tell me if the bright green leafy shoot that has newly developed should be removed and could you please tell me where my bud union is? Thank you!
