Success in Citrandarin cuttings

I have had good success rooting the hardy Citrandarin this summer. Out of about 9 cuttings, 7 have rooted.

I thought I read Mandarins as well as trifoliata are difficult.

Perhaps what made the difference was I refrigerated them for about 4 weeks before putting them in the rooting chamber. This may have given them a chance to callus being exposed to air. In the fridge they were in a closed Ziplock with a damp paper towel.

Cuttings were put in propagation chamber in June. Some rooted within 4 weeks. Some later. Temps in rooting chamber were around 90 degrees plus during July. Lows into 80s.
