Those are pretty pricey, and no indication as to cultivar. There are many different "orange tree "cultivars. Plus, folks should know that citrus in this area is under quarantine, so you can't move it out of this general area. I wouldn't waste time with this ebay seller, personally. I'd buy an inspected and treated tree from a known garden center or citrus grower. You'll get a known cultivar, known rootstock, treated, inspected and for less money. We have many great choices in S. California for places to go, to buy great citrus trees. Just my opinion.

Yeah Patty - you are right.
I'm a bit jealous of the citrus trees that are available to you folks in California. I have to mail order my trees and I have found the shipping to be cost prohibitive most times.

I did, however, just order 3 more trees from Fast Growing Trees. They were marked way down and free shipping.
The last trees I ordered from them are wonderful and already in large pots that should be fine until next Spring.

I really have had good with Harris Citrus too. Ruth is so very kind and her trees are of a good size and so healthy.
