Old Orange Tree needs help

Greetings,

I am lucky to have two old orange trees. Having been recently laid off, I have time to admire them, and the bark is not looking good. Besides cracking in places, there is a pale green coating (north facing moss?) that looks odd. Parts of the tree look green and healthy, and we receive a lot of oranges. Other parts have splitting bark, dead branches, and even some termite holes courtesy of our neighbors. I will upload a picture or two and if you wish more photos, I am happy to supply them. Your expertise is welcome. I believe these trees were planted by my grandmother in the 1940's, so I want to preserve them if possible. They are about 20 ft high, just guessing.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
