Bugs?

The picture below is a web on a leaf of my plant. Are these mites? This is what I had referenced in my other post. I only see this on one leaf right now but I had seen one or three small white bugs the other day when checking at night. Is this a regular spider web or something worse? I plan to start treating with fish emulsion spray as soon as I buy some.

residue from regular spider webbing. rub it off.

Looks like a regular spider web, not from mites. But it's not a bad idea to spray anyhow, your tree will be coming inside before you know it!

thanks all. i have seen this on probablye 4 different leaves over the last month so i was starting to get worried. And yes, mandarin1, i definitely plan on spraying FE as soon as i can pick some up (or order online).
