What to do with damaged meyer lemons?

Over the summer some of my lemon crop was damaged. About 1/3 of the young lemons have these cuts into the flesh. Should I remove these damaged lemons? The tree has come into full flower again since I brought it indoors. I didn't know if these damaged lemons would even produce safe to eat fruit.

well of course they are safe to eat. will they be as good as an undamaged lemon probably not. if it was just a scuff i would say leave it on but it look little deeper than that. so scuffed i would leave on cut or badly dented up take off.

It's superficial damage... wind, rubbing other branches/fruit, birds, etc. If it is significant the fruit will yellow and fall; if slightly significant, it will yellow early and you can eat it then; if neither it will mature normally. In any case, I would leave it.
