Amateur with neglected plants

I have two boys that leave me no time for taking care of my plants like I once did. As a result, I have a potted Meyer lemon and navel orange that have been neglected. They are overrun with whiteflies and who knows what else. I've been looking at this product. Is it too good to be true? Will it work?
Any other suggestions keeping my time limitations in mind? They're both over 8 years old. I don't mind if they don't produce well, I just don't want to loose them. I expect in a year or two, I'll be able to give them the time they need.
Also, how do I add multiple photos?

You have to load your photos onto a photo hosting site like www.photobucket.com and then copy the html code and paste into your message. Then when you preview your message the photos will show up. As for your trees if you're not worried about how they produce or if they produce for the next couple years you could just treat them with a systemic like Bayer 3 in 1. That will take care of the white flies very quickly. The only down side is if your trees do produce fruit you won't be able to eat them because the systemic chemical will be in the fruit and you can get sick. You could also try a topical treatment like spinosad mixed with neem oil and that is organic and harmless to humans but it will take care of the white flies and whatever else might be on your trees. Just my 2 cents and the same way I treat my trees, good luck.

Looks like a bit of mite damage also

Spray with oil and that should help
