Sweet limes?

My lime tree just started putting out sweet limes, rather than the normal tart variety. What happened? I recently trimmed it back to dwarf size - could that have had an effect? I also have 2 navel orange trees, 3 apricot trees, a fig tree, an apple tree, and a pear tree.

Please help! I miss my sour limes!

did you prune it before or after it had fruited?
