Housing for Meyers Lemon

Hello-

I have brought my Meyers Lemon indoors. I want to make sure it remains humid enough since we have forced air. I thought about building it a small greenhouse using drop cloth, then leaving it with a humidifier. Do you think that would make it too humid? I also need to protect it from my cats which mercilessly eat the leaves even if they are sprayed with bitters. Right now I have it in a large dog crate until I can figure out what to do with it.

I also need some advice on lighting for the poor guy. The leaves are falling off and I think it might be lack of light since I'm only using one of these Miracle LED bulbs: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NGKITW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

A little bit of history: It was just fed in October, it has never produced any lemons, it has only flowered once, it is 4+ years old.
