im new to citrus

i live in pa ive been trying to grow citrus primarely lemon from seeds from the store the seedlings are about 3 inces tall now been about 3 months or so im sure it will take years for a fruit to appear just wondering how long that will be

"Trees grown from seed may take several years to mature to the blooming stage - 5, 7 or 10 years."

Might I add up to 20 such as the one my sister has been growing from seed too.
