calamondin needs diagnosis!

Hi,

I've had my potted calamondin for 2.5 years and it's bearing its third crop right now. It's loaded with fruit and the fruit is a beautiful size and quality. But as each one begins to turn orange, the bottom skin starts to sort of dissolve (with a little bit of ooze at the very bottom) and then it ends up just like the picture shows. It's happening one at a time and none are surviving. I'm afraid it's got the greening disease, although that would be strange because I'm on the 25th floor and it's isolated. But some of the leaves do appear blotched. Unfortunately, I can't find anyone to show the pictures to, the USDA's website either doesn't work or they're on furlough now due to the shutdown.

Does anyone recognize these symptoms???
