Cocktail (Meyer Lemon - Key Lime) Plant Leaf Problems!

I'm looking for a diagnosis because there are so many symptoms of different problems/deficiencies.

It's a spliced Meyer lemon/ key lime plant. It was doing great in the summer. Now an analysis:

KEY LIME half (left)
-a few small 1-inch fruit, some have shallow white cracks on them?
-most leaves have fallen, except for top leaves.
-leaves light green, with yellow spots, slightly darker veins.
-a couple have burned tips (too much fert maybe).
-stem is a darker green

MEYER LEMON half
-doing good, lots of nice leaves and recent new growth
-2 2.5-inch fruit, skin looks good, still green
-recent blossom lead to 7 little fruit
BUT RECENTLY, long after problems first started on the key lime half. (I thought key lime was gonna die but lemon was OK--- I was wrong):
-curled-down leaves (some, mainly leaves closer to bottom)
-light green/ yellow spots developing on the TIPS of some leaves

Is it a nutrient deficiency? Am I overwatering? Too much salt buildup? Should I cut fruit so nutrients can go to leaves?

I can upload close-ups of leaves if needed! PLEASE help me!
