Meyer Lemon not producing new vegetation

I live in zone 7 (western washington) and about a month ago when the weather started turning cool, I noticed some leaves were yellowing and starting to fall. My other citrus (orange, tangerine, lemon and regular meyer lemon) are all still outside doing well. I brought my dwarf indoors and put under fluorescent lights because I don't have a sunny window suitable for it. The tree seems to be doing better, still dropping a leaf here and there, but hasn't shed anymore fruit, but it's also not growing any new vegetation, but it did grow flowers which are just about to open. I did buy some Shake & Feed citrus fertilizer for it and applied about 3 weeks ago. However, some of the plant is still sparse. This is my first dwarf meyer, so I'm still learning. Any suggestions on what I should be doing to promote growth and keep a healthy plant?
