Anyone know C&M Nursery Rootstock in CA?

The local Walmarts in Fresno, CA and surrounding areas use C&M Nursery citrus (Nipomo, CA). They are all labeled semi-dwarf but no indicators on rootstock. I've looked up their phone # and they never answer the phone (just voice mail) and of course never returned my calls.

Anyone know what kind of rootstock they use? It's obvious not FD and I've only seen one "Standard" which was clearly labeled Carrizo. I assume it's the Citrange or Trifoliate family, but I have yet to see a sucker from the rootstock to confirm.

The stores only offer about 8 C&M citrus varieties total. From a visual inspection only, the various lemons, oranges, and mandarins all appear to have similar grafts, benches, and trunk growth habits.

Anyone already find out this information?
Thanks
