Kaffir Lime

Hello,
I'm a newbie here ! My parents are avid gardeners but I'm just starting now!
I love kitchen herbs and plants!
After a crazy search i have finally managed to find a kaffir lime plant.
It's about 3 feet in a 6 " pot from a nursery. It barely had 10 leaves on it and hasn't been pruned.
Should I repot it now?
I'm assuming I should prune in feb before spring.?
I put it in the sun at day time and bring it in at night. Once colder I was thinking of placing by a south facing window . I'm concerned about the few number of leaves, they are healthy and green, not diseased or infected. The poor plant just looks neglected

I live in Lahore (Pakistan) and though it doesn't get very cold we are getting frost and fog these day. Just for the sake for information, spring flower seedling like cineraria and petunia have been planted a week back. Citric trees like lemons and oranges are ready to be harvested now.
The chart below might help to understand the weather here:
Your help will truly be appreciated !
