Bugs or nutrients?

My Meyer lemon lives outdoors in summer and indoors in winter. I found aphids on it indoors a few weeks ago so I've been spraying it with soapy water about every other day. These new leaves just emerged and they're really curled up. Is this from the aphids or am I missing something nutritionally?

Classic aphid damage. Just keep treating for aphids until they're gone. Bring your tree into the shower and give it a very good hosing off, first, then you can treat with Neem oil or an insecticidal soap. As you've seen, it can take several applications.
