Best citrus foliage?

After I replied to the comments in my last post about 5 vs 15 gal pots I thought maybe I could get some comments about citrus foliage.

Like I said in that thread, I'm planting a mediterranean garden and I want to use citrus, as much for the foliage as for the fruit in some places.

My experience is that the grapefruit cultivars have the most vigorous, lush, dense and healthy looking foliage. But based on your experience what kinds of citrus has the best foliage? I'm planning several screening areas where density and greeness would be a plus.

Kieffer lime has double leafs which looks cool and is used in thai food.

The most beautiful citrus foliage I have seen by far is the Bouquet de Fleurs sour orange. And, the most fragrant, large double flowers of any citrus. Their leaves look like bunches of butterflies.
