Most likely; at least for mature fruit; and that temp will require protection for the tree as well to prevent damage from frost. Why not harvest your mature fruit; it is surely ready by this time, if not fully yellow as you might like. If you want the fruit to get more yellow, just store them in the dark at room temperature. If you are sure the temp won't go below 26F, a light blanket or tarp thrown over the tree with a 100 W lightbulb inside, should protect your tree.
