Meyer Lemon with black spots

Hello,

I had a good crop of Meyer lemon this year after 2 yrs of freeze. The lemon tree is 9yrs old and is more like a shrub and about 6ft tall. 90% of lemons were good but few lemons looks like above. Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix this.

It's bird damage. Some small birds pick the skin when the lemon is green; because the lemon/lime oil is used by the bird as a miticide. Not much you can do about it; and the lemon is still the same for eating/juice/even zest.
